Sulfonylureas class oral anti-hyperglycemic agent
Indication
Control of blood glucose in patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus whose hyperglycemia can’t be controlled by diet alone.
Dosage
Adults : Initial dose is 40-80 mg daily, if necessary up to 320 mg daily.
