Indications
- Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Erosive osephagitis
- H.Pylori eradication together with antibiotics
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Dosage
- Usual dose – 20 to 40 mg once daily
- For GERD – 20 to 40 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks
- Erosive oesophagitis – 20 to 40 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks
